Youth Take Action is a site committed to engaging and encouraging leadership and innovation from our youth.
As our country moves through tumultuous times, the reaction from our youth has primarily been displayed through protest that have spread across our country. This site aims to encourage support of our youth who seek leadership and action, and provide a glimpse into the work that is being done by young people already. We are more connected than any other group in history, yet we have not used those connections to their full extent to produce our future.
The motivation and inspiration for this site is varied, but this quote from Robert F. Kennedy sums it up:
This world demands the qualities of youth: not a time of life but a state of mind, a temper of the will, a quality of the imagination, a predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease.
